La Adelita project:
Infinitum Copper Corp. is advancing the La Adelita project in Mexico with equipment mobilization set to begin the week of July 29, 2024. Initial work will focus on accessing the Cerro Grande adit. Upon successful access, a mining contractor will be engaged to create a 100-meter long, 3 by 3 meter access tunnel to the mineralized body, intersecting drill hole AD1010 from 2022. Drill hole AD022 previously reported x% copper and 1 g/t gold over a true width of x meters.
Cautionary note:
The decision to potentially advance the mine into production or undertake other related activities is based on internal, non-public data and historical reports rather than NI 43-101 compliant reserve estimates, preliminary economic assessments, or feasibility studies. This approach introduces increased risk and uncertainty regarding future economic outcomes, mineral recovery and overall project viability.
Hot Breccia project:
In January 2023, Infinitum Copper granted an option to Prismo Metals for the Hot Breccia project. Prismo has made significant progress, including completing a VTEM survey in July 2023 and securing drilling permits from the Bureau of Land Management for 10 drill pads. Steve Robertson, President of Prismo Metals and former President of Infinitum Copper, emphasized the importance of this drill program, marking the first exploration in five decades for this high-potential target known for historical copper intercepts exceeding 1% and elevated zinc levels. The 5,000-meter drilling program aims to pinpoint the core of a significant mineralizing system in a renowned copper district.
Director and key personnel remuneration:
The board has approved a remuneration package for current directors and key personnel, including 1,340,000 Deferred Share Units (DSUs) vesting on March 16, 2026, and 1,650,000 options with a strike price of $0.08, vesting in three tranches beginning March 2025.
